We’ll handle the complete migration of your website files, databases, and email accounts from your current hosting provider — with minimal downtime and no hassle.
✅ How to Request a Free Migration
After purchasing any hosting package from Laseroo Web Solutions, simply send us a support ticket requesting migration. Please include the following details so we can get started right away:
For Your Current Hosting Account:
- URL for the control panel (e.g., cPanel or Plesk)
- Username
- Password
For Your Domain Name Management:
- URL for the control panel or client area where your domains are managed
- Username
- Password
🔐 If 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) is enabled with your current provider, please be available to approve any login verification requests.
🌐 Why We Need Domain Access
In order to complete the migration fully, we may need to update your domain’s nameservers so that your new hosting package points to Laseroo Web Solutions.
Having domain access allows us to do this quickly and ensure everything goes live smoothly.
📌 Migration Limitations
Please note that there are limits to the number of websites and email accounts we can migrate as part of the free service. Laseroo Web Solutions will migrate 1 domain per hosting package purchased from our store at no cost.
1 account migration is limited to 1 Website, 1 database + 10 Mail Accounts.
