✅ Step 1: We Send the Transfer Ticket Request
For .co.za domains (most South African domains), the process is easy:
- Once you provide us with your domain name and current provider ,we will send a domain transfer ticket request to the email address currently listed as the domain registrant.
- EPP code for .com domains or domain transfer ticket is needed for .co.za domains.
📧 Important: Make sure you have access to the email address that’s registered to the domain. This is where the transfer confirmation will be sent.
✅ Step 2: Accept the Transfer Email Prompt
- You (or your current host) will receive an automated email from ZACR (the official .co.za domain registry).
- Simply click the approval link in that email to accept the transfer request.
Once approved, the domain will move to Laseroo within a few minutes to 24 hours or up to 5 days for .com domains.

After the domain is transferred:
- We’ll confirm the transfer with you
- You can now choose a hosting package or point your domain elsewhere
