đ© How to Whitelist a Domain in Gmail
Are your WooCommerce orders in Gmail Spam? Emails landing in the spam folder? đ€
Make sure you receive every clients order confirmation by whitelisting your orders email domain in Gmail.
Hereâs how to do it:
â Option 1: Create a Gmail Whitelist filter
- Open Gmail.
- Click the âïž Settings icon in the top right.
- Choose âSee all settingsâ.
- Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
- Click âCreate a new filterâ.
- In the From field, type your domain like:
@yourdomain.co.za
- Click Create filter.
- On the next screen, check:
â Never send it to Spam
â (Optional) Star it or Always mark as important - Click Create filter to save.
Done! Gmail now knows your storeâs emails are legit. đ
â Option 2: Add Email Address to Google Contacts
- Open an email from your WooCommerce store.
- Hover over the senderâs name or email address.
- Click âAdd to Contactsâ when the pop-up appears.
That tells Gmail, âHey, I trust this sender.â đ

Still your orders in Gmail Spam? If your WooCommerce order emails are still going to spam, youâll need to use the WP Mail SMTP plugin to properly authenticate your siteâs outgoing emails.
